     Hi , im new user i had Maxisys pro and first time use for KIA sportage 2015 2.0 , when use auto detect VIN it shows the Car VIN number but after click OK it shows VIN decoding faild! Then i have to go select manual , may some help to explain this issue .

    May we know what's the Vin No.? Please make sure it is 2015 car, not 2017, because for the newer 2017 car, our product hasn't supported it yet.

    It is not 2017 car .

    The very first day I got my maxisys the auto vin option was not working until I update it
    before it started. Working do an update first and let see

    It is 2017 car, manufactured in year 2015. Our tool can't support 17 cars at present.
